Crafted in the traditional method from 100% estate-grown Bacchus, this wine reflects the character, precision and purity that Winbirri Vineyard has become known for. The nose opens with lifted aromas of elderflower, capsicum and gooseberry. On the palate, fine bubbles carry a crisp, dry freshness, beautifully balanced by subtle brioche notes gained from extended lees ageing.
The result is a refined, expressive and vibrant English sparkling wine – unmistakably Winbirri.
