Winemaker’s Selection – The Grand 2015

Crafted from 100% hand-harvested Dornfelder grapes, “The Grand” represents the pinnacle of our red wine craftmanship. Fermented on skins with extended maceration, it spent 36 months maturing in oak barrels, followed by an extraordinary 48 months of bottle ageing prior to release.

This luxurious red reveals deep layers of ripe plum and blackberry compote, interwoven with elegant notes of spice, mocha and vanilla. The palate is rich and structured, with velvety tannins and a long, warming finish.

Decant to fully appreciate its depth. A perfect partner to fine cheeses, game, or slow-cooked meats.
