3 x Solaris 2024, 750ml – a crisp, dry white showing bright citrus and green-apple freshness, with delicate elderflower and light mineral undertones. It’s a refined wine that reflects our cool Norfolk terroir beautifully, and pairs wonderfully with seafood, light salads or summer dishes.

3 x Bacchus 2024, 750ml – often described as “England’s answer to Sauvignon Blanc,” our Bacchus is aromatic and vibrant, bursting with grapefruit, passionfruit and floral notes, underpinned by zesty acidity and a clean, refreshing finish.

Together, these varieties offer a balanced white-wine experience that is fresh and zesty for aperitif drinking, versatile and food-friendly with seafood, salads, grilled chicken or creamy vegetarian dishes, and true to place in showcasing the purity, vibrancy and elegance of English grapes grown by Winbirri.
